Position Description: 
As a Recruiter on Fooda’s People team, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process to attract and acquire the strongest talent to Fooda’s business verticals. You will be responsible for high volume nonexempt (hourly) roles with potential for some select salaried roles.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an active pipeline of candidates utilizing creative sourcing techniques for both active and future needs.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication, organization and time management skills and the proven ability to quickly develop positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
This role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Chicago headquarters office.

You are an experienced talent acquisition professional with at least one-two years of full cycle recruitment experience, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring team members and other employees. You excel at staying organized and managing multiple priorities.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring both a positive candidate experience and a successful time to fill rate while meeting the hiring manager’s needs
  • Create successful sourcing strategies to recruit candidates for different hiring needs across all departments and business verticals at Fooda
  • Coordinate with our third-party partner to hire offshore talent
  • Successfully recruit for nonexempt (hourly) and part-time roles that typically are higher churn and need to be filled with urgency to meet operational needs across Fooda’s markets
  • Provide recruitment counsel and expertise to hiring managers regarding strategies, interviewing, assessments, and sourcing tactics
  • Create and improve on existing talent acquisition strategies and processes to attract the best talent (both passive and active) across Fooda aligning to market and data trends
  • Work with team lead to improve existing recruiting systems and processes related to reporting, tracking, compensation, and ATS functionality
  • Communicate efficiently with various hiring managers and internal HR/Recruiting Coordinator to ensure all onboarding is complete for a successful start for new hires
  • Track recruiting data to report on metrics related to key stages of the recruitment cycle and identify areas of improvement
  • May include contributing to the building of the Fooda Talent Brand by representing Fooda at various recruitment events
  • Create and update job descriptions to ensure they reflect hiring needs for various departments and open roles
What You Should Already Have:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (preferably for both corporate and high volume roles)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Compelling metrics demonstrating successful recruiting results in prior roles (number of hires made, different levels of hires, time to fill, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in selling Fooda to prospective candidates
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently; self-directed
  • Strong relationship building skills with an ability to influence hiring managers and assist in making the right hiring decisions
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and get great results

The salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000. The salary is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to: work experience, training, location and skills.
