Sell, design, and coordinate residential and light commercial projects for the company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Offer different options and solutions for customers that best suit their individual needs
2) Prepare commission request sheets and review all jobs sold and billed for profit margins
3) Ensure additional level of quality control
4) Assist in training of new sales personnel
5) Participate in classes and training opportunities to stay current with new products and trends
6) Obtain customers through referral
7) Contact slow paying customers in an effort to collect money due to Newcomb and Company
8) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9) Energetic Personality and punctual with attendance and appointments
Physical Demands:All candidates for this position should be reasonably physically fit and capable of picking up a 60 lb. tool, piece of equipment or piece of material and moving it about either on a jobsite, at a vendor, our warehouse, etc.
