Your Role

RPM has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, driven by rapid growth in the vehicle brokerage market. We're looking for a true team player—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently creates value. As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for building strong carrier relationships, negotiating competitive rates, and collaborating closely with our customer sales team to ensure seamless, on-time delivery—contributing to the high-quality experience RPM is known for.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Establish, expand, and cultivate relationships with carriers in the auto hauling marketplace
  • Identify, source, and procure new vehicle carrier relationships at key stakeholder levels
  • Manage vehicle carrier network to ensure the ultimate RPM experience
  • Maintain constant contact with vehicle carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business
  • Utilize RPM’s proprietary software to make informed buying decisions
  • Navigate RPM’s Transportation Management System and related tools to manage daily load operational tasks
  • Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be self-motivated and bring a can-do attitude to the job
  • Work full-time M-F, and willing to work outside normal business hours based on the needs of the business
