Job Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic AM Bartender to join our team at MVPs Bar & Grill in a part-time role. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service during morning and daytime shifts, bringing energy and warmth to our guests as they kick off their day. The ideal candidate will excel in a lively environment, embody our commitment to hospitality, and contribute to our tight-knit, team-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier service to guests, creating a friendly and memorable experience.
• Craft and serve a range of high-quality drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, tailored to morning and afternoon preferences.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery.
• Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Manage cash and card payments with efficiency and care.
• Build rapport with guests, enhancing their visit through genuine engagement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team, pitching in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
• Support community events and initiatives, reflecting our passion for local sports culture.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a fast-moving bar or restaurant environment.
• Solid understanding of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic food service.

• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Availability for morning and daytime shifts, including weekends and game days as needed.
