Job Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees daily activities within one or more functional areas, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, quality, and value-added services in a large, climate-controlled distribution facility. This role ensures that productivity, accuracy, safety, and service level agreements are consistently met while leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Supervisor works a Monday–Friday shift from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with flexibility to work additional hours when necessary.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled, well-lit, and organized warehouse facility that manages approximately 155,000 unique SKUs. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with flexibility for extended hours or occasional weekends based on business needs. The workplace offers a comfortable break room with snacks, candy, and free coffee available throughout the building, as well as a recreation area and a ballroom used for company events and team-building activities. Company outings and quarterly events, such as cook-offs and holiday celebrations, are open to all staff, including contract employees, reinforcing a collaborative and inclusive environment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.44 - $33.64/hr.
