Penguin Random House is the premier provider of distribution services in the publishing industry. Our fulfillment center, located in Reno, NV is seeking qualified workers ready and available to work. It is only with a dedicated staff we are able to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations by picking, packing and shipping approximately 1.2 million books daily to customers around the world.

We have immediate openings for Picker / Packers on our 1st shift. $16.00/hr.

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Requires basic reading and math skills
• Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift up to twenty-five pounds on a regular basis, occasionally up to thirty-five (35) pounds
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Must possess flexibility to work in other areas based on business needs
• Ability to maintain good overall safety and attendance record
• Minimum age requirement is 18
• Work well in a team orientated environment
Must be flexible and cross-trained in other areas to assist with work in other departments based on business needs

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

• Vacation – Less than a year – 10 days, 1 year but less than 2 – 15 days
• Personal Time - 4 Days
• Sick Time – 5 Days
