This is Metaview's first in-house recruiter role, working directly with Shahriar, co-founder & CTO. It's a full-cycle with the expectation that you'll do "the whole thing" and some. To name a few, this means:
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
Proactively sourcing, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.
Screening and assessing candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Continuously refining and improving pitches to attract top tier candidates.
Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Fostering a world-class by ensuring timely communication and engagement.
Staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging tools.

This role is based in our San Francisco office, located at 75 Federal Street. You'll be expected to work from the office at least three days a week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
