Rezilient is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and care delivery roles across our growing, mission-driven organization. This role will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, screening, and guiding clinical candidates through an efficient and high-quality hiring process, with a primary focus on Providers (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants), Paramedics, Care Navigators, Care Managers, and other patient-facing clinical staff.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of clinical hiring including licensing, credentialing timelines, scope of practice, and what motivates healthcare professionals to make a career move. You are a relationship-builder at heart, comfortable engaging high-demand clinical talent, and skilled at moving searches forward with urgency and care.
