Job Summary

T he Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the recruiting team by providing scheduling, administrative, and candidate experience support throughout the hiring process. This position helps streamline recruitment operations, allowing recruiters to focus on strategic sourcing, relationship building, and hiring initiatives. 

 

Job Description

  • Provide scheduling and administrative support to recruiters and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and geographic regions.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver a high-touch, "white-glove" candidate experience to maintain engagement and minimize candidate drop-off.
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc recruiting reports and metrics.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruiting operations by managing interview logistics, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition leadership with special projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Skills Required

  • 1–2 years of administrative, recruiting coordination, human resources, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • 6–12 months of experience using text-based scheduling and candidate engagement platforms, such as Paradox, preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment coordination best practices and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Experience working across multiple locations, time zones, or business units.

 

Education

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

Pay Rate

  • $23 - $25 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
