Responsibilities

• Writing and scheduling social media content for a variety of clients
• Monitoring social media channels and engaging with comments and messages
• Creating and publishing Google Business Profile posts and responding to reviews
• Assisting with website content updates and basic SEO improvements
• Uploading and organizing project photos on client websites
• Supporting the team with additional SEO and website-related tasks as needed

Successful candidates have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Curious, proactive, and able to work independently
• Ability to take high-level direction and turn it into execution
• Strategic thinking and willingness to learn from performance data
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with Sprout Social is a plus
• Experience with Canva is a plus

We are proud to be located in Raleigh, NC. This is a part-time, on-site position, so you must live near Raleigh, NC.

No prior agency experience is required, just the willingness to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
