**SoftLoom** is an early-stage stealth startup focused on connecting top global talent with high-impact software opportunities. We are looking for a highly skilled and driven **Senior Technical Recruiter** to join us as a core team member and lead our hiring efforts across **Latin America**, the **United States**, and **Canada**.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the software engineering landscape deeply, and can consistently source, evaluate, and deliver high-quality senior-level candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Source and recruit senior software engineers across **LATAM**, **US**, and **Canada**
* Leverage your LinkedIn network (5,000+ connections required) to identify and engage top talent
* Conduct initial screening and candidate evaluation to ensure strong technical and cultural fit
* Collaborate closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, company roadmap, and long-term vision
* Maintain strong communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process
* Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in IT recruiting and global talent acquisition
* Strong understanding of software engineering roles, technologies, and market trends
* Active LinkedIn account with 5,000+ connections
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly responsive, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Ability to assess both technical capability and soft skills of candidates
* Experience working with startups or early-stage companies is a strong plus
**Compensation:**
* Commission-based only at this stage
* $50 – $200 per successful hire, depending on candidate quality and fit
* Payment is made once the referred candidate successfully joins and starts working
