The Senior Pastor is responsible for providing spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and administrative oversight to the congregation of Fifth Street Baptist Church. He will lead in preaching, teaching, worship, discipleship, evangelism, fellowship and stewardship while upholding the biblical doctrines and values of the Southern Baptist Convention and Fifth’s Constitution, Bylaws, and church covenant while encouraging unity within the multicultural church.
