The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.
Location : Remote, anywhere in the US, ideally in the EDT zone.
Work setup : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This role is offered on an LTE (Limited Term Employment) basis
Key experience: End-to-end recruitment support on Technical, Mid-senior, corporate level roles, SAP, Software Engineering, Bio-tech, Data Architects, UI Developers, QA, Application Development, IT Network Voice Architect, all within Perm hiring
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience along with direct sourcing is essential for this role.
