We support EPCs and owners on some of the most complex builds in the country, including lithium refineries, data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, and energy infrastructure projects nationwide.

Our clients include large Tier-1 contractors and owners operating throughout the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Trades Recruiter to work remotely and identify, recruit, and onboard electricians nationwide ranging from entry-level helpers to journeymen, foremen, and linemen (including high-voltage and transmission). This remote position focuses on supplying skilled electrical manpower for large-scale industrial projects across the United States, including lithium refineries and data centers in Nevada, the Southwest, and nationwide.

The ideal candidate understands electrical classifications, union and non-union environments, industrial jobsite requirements, and high-volume workforce mobilization. Candidates based where ever the project may be, in Reno, Nevada or the Southern or Western United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through existing trade networks across the United States, job boards and ATS platforms, social media and digital outreach, and referrals and field relationships

  • Conduct phone and video screenings to verify electrical experience and classifications, project history (industrial, refinery, data center, manufacturing), safety mindset and site readiness, and willingness to travel and work rotational schedules

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines in key markets including Nevada, California, Arizona, Texas, and other high-growth industrial regions

Client & Project Alignment

  • Match electricians to project requirements for EPC and owner clients nationwide, with focus on Western United States projects

  • Understand scope, duration, pay structures, per diem, and schedule

  • Coordinate manpower ramps for large projects (50–500+ electricians)

  • Communicate regularly with project teams and account managers across multiple time zones

Compliance & Onboarding

  • Ensure candidates meet all project and client requirements, including OSHA and site-specific safety training, drug screening and background checks, work authorization and I-9 compliance, and badging and site access documentation

  • Work closely with internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding and mobilization

Market Intelligence

  • Track regional pay rates, per diem trends, and labor availability across multiple markets nationwide

  • Understand union vs. non-union dynamics and project labor agreements (PLAs) in various regions

  • Provide feedback on workforce availability and recruiting challenges

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in electrical trades or industrial construction

  • Strong understanding of electrical roles and classifications

  • Experience recruiting for industrial projects (refineries, plants, data centers, manufacturing) and large EPC or owner-led projects

  • Ability to recruit at volume while maintaining quality

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
