In this role, you will support the Office of the CMO and contribute to executive and organizational communications across the Finance and Spend Management portfolio. You will gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of executive storytelling, internal communications, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment where priorities evolve quickly.

  • Support the development and maintenance of decks for all team meetings, and other meetings as required
  • Support storytelling efforts, including slide development and narrative structuring
  • Track and follow up on communication-related action items across key workstreams as needed
  • Help manage and organize communication artifacts, templates, and content libraries

Qualifications

  • Strong visual design sensibility with an eye for clean, professional slide design
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable working across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Interest in marketing, communications, or business strategy

Basic Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or enrolled in Bachelor’s program in 3rd or 4th year with availability to work full-time for 12 months
  • Previous experience in a related role is preferred
