Camping World is currently hiring a motivated and energetic RV Sales Associate in Alvarado, Texas. As an RV Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the RV purchasing process, delivering product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging with customers to provide a high-quality and professional RV buying experience
• Presenting and demonstrating new and used RVs through detailed walkthroughs and product tours
• Conducting test drives and explaining key features of recreational vehicles
• Working closely with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to finalize sales transactions
• Following up with customers while maintaining a respectful, no-pressure sales approach
• Building long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintaining knowledge of inventory, pricing, and product features using company systems
• Ensuring accurate entry of customer and sales information into internal databases

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver’s license required

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed
