Responsibilities Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers Delivers a high level of customer service to assure positive patient experience Completes comprehensive nutritional evaluations on all identified patients per VNAHG policy Communication is maintained among team members as well as patient and care givers to ensure ability to implement nutrition plan of care Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance Qualifications BS in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Experience with culturally diverse population Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Computer experience preferred Valid drivers license Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $60,000.00 to USD $110,000.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
