About the Job

• Deliver Elevated Chairside Support
  Anticipate the doctor’s needs during advanced procedures while maintaining a calm, refined environment that supports a seamless and comfortable patient experience.
• Create a VIP Patient Experience
  Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, guide them through each step of their visit, and ensure they feel relaxed, informed, and exceptionally cared for.
• Maintain Clinical Excellence & Presentation
  Ensure treatment rooms, instruments, and technology are impeccably prepared, sterilized, and organized to reflect the high standards of a boutique dental environment.
• Clinical Photography & Documentation
  Capture high-quality intraoral and smile photographs to document treatment and support cosmetic case planning.
• Digital Technology Support 
• Assist with digital scans, CBCT imaging, and other advanced dental technologies used for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Continuing Education & Skill Development
  Stay current with modern dental techniques, materials, and technology to support advanced patient care.
• Team Collaboration
  Communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and administrative team members to maintain a high-performing practice environment.
