We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support a major Smart Meter 2.0 / AMI modernization program . You’ll work closely with the Group Product Owner, SI partner, and multiple workstream leads to keep schedules aligned, track deliverables, manage documentation, and help keep a complex program moving smoothly.
This role is 100% onsite in San Diego . You’ll be embedded with the core team, supporting daily coordination, Agile ceremonies, and cross‑workstream communication.

What You’ll Support
Coordinate activities across 4–6 AMI workstreams
Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
Maintain project documentation, action logs, and meeting notes
Support remediation and integration tracking across AMI components
Assist with sprint planning, backlog updates, and Agile ceremonies
Work with offshore teams to ensure follow‑ups and deliverables stay on track
Prepare status updates, dashboards, and reporting for leadership
Help align workstream activities with the overall Smart Meter 2.0 roadmap
Must‑Have Experience
Experience as a Project Coordinator , PMO Analyst, or similar role
Background supporting technology or utility projects (AMI experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to track risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies
Comfortable working in Agile environments
Experience coordinating with offshore teams
Strong communication skills and stakeholder coordination
Nice to Have
Exposure to AMI, Smart Meter, MDMS, or utility modernization programs
Experience working with System Integrators
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Other Requirements
Must be US‑based
Must be onsite in San Diego 5 days/week
