Job Summary

Regional Supplemental Services is looking for experienced Process Chemical Operator specialized in Titanium Tetrachloride (TiCl4) production. This is for a labor dispute, you must be able to work away from home for long periods of time. THIS IS A TRAVEL PROJECT!

Hotel and Travel Paid

$30 a day per-diem on your weekly check

Pay rate is $25-$30 an hour depending on experience

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Chemical Operator specialized in Titanium Tetrachloride (TiCl4) production. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring chemical processing equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient manufacture of TiCl4. You will play a vital part in maintaining high-quality standards, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control chemical processing equipment involved in TiCl4 production, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, pipelines, and storage areas to identify potential issues or hazards.
• Handle materials safely using appropriate materials handling techniques, including forklift operation when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, batch records, and quality control data in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
• Assist with laboratory sampling, testing, and analysis to verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support packaging operations by preparing finished products for shipment while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Follow lean manufacturing principles to identify waste reduction opportunities and enhance operational efficiency across all processes.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be able to travel within 12 to 48 hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or chemical processing environments is highly preferred.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with chemical analysis or testing methods is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CGMP regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Proven ability to operate forklifts safely within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of materials handling procedures, machining processes, and packaging operations is beneficial.
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment demonstrates your commitment to continuous improvement.
