Physician Liaison - Greater Dallas Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 base salary plus uncapped performance incentives with $25K+ annual earning potential
Location: Greater Dallas area. Field based/remote
Position Overview Our client is seeking a Physician Liaison to build and maintain relationships with referring accounts and care coordination professionals involved in the evaluation and treatment of patients following an acute injury. This role represents specialty providers across interventional pain, orthopedics, neurology, and neuropsychology.
The Physician Liaison will support clear communication, improve access to care, and help patients move efficiently from referral through recovery.
Key Responsibilities • Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners involved in post-injury patient pathways, including urgent care centers, emergency departments, physician offices, and legal representatives
• Provide information on specialized diagnostic, treatment, and comprehensive case management capabilities
• Facilitate compliant coordination of referrals between referral partners and physicians
• Identify workflow barriers affecting access to care and assist in resolving them
• Maintain consistent in-person contact with priority referral accounts across the assigned territory
• Attend relevant professional meetings and community events to stay aware of referral environment needs
• Provide structured feedback regarding referral partner experience and operational opportunities
• Collaborate with internal leadership to strengthen alignment between referral sources and specialty providers
• Support initiatives that improve continuity from initial evaluation through treatment completion
What You Bring • Strong understanding of the personal injury workflow required
• Auto insurance adjuster background strongly preferred
• Experience handling 1st Party and 3rd Party auto insurance claims
• Experience supporting injury care referral coordination and intake workflows preferred
• Familiarity with interventional pain, orthopedic, spine, and neurology care pathways preferred
• Experience working within documentation-sensitive healthcare coordination settings preferred
• Ability to build trust with patients’ legal representatives, referral coordinators, and clinical teams
• Strong business acumen and territory ownership discipline
• Ability to communicate specialty care pathways clearly to non-clinical stakeholders
• Strong computer skills, including EHR systems, Salesforce, Dialpad, and MS Office
