This role is the backbone of our production process, ensuring that high-quality power cables are accurately processed and prepared for our customers. Master Equipment Operations: Operate and monitor take-up machines, printers, rework lines, and re-spoolers to keep our production lines moving efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Perform critical inspections, including measuring product Outer Diameter (O.D.) and verifying that insulated products meet all quality specifications.
Support Production Flow: Assist the line operator during machine changeovers, prepare raw materials/reels, and manage the loading/unloading process to minimize downtime.
Precision Documentation: Interpret Bill of Materials (BOM) orders and utilize internal systems (like Advaris) to maintain accurate production records.
Maintain Safety & Standards: Keep your workspace clean and organized, adhering to ISO quality standards and strict safety protocols, including the proper handling of materials.
Dependability: A strong work ethic and the ability to meet production deadlines consistently.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow complex instructions and perform accurate measurements.
Team Player: Willingness to assist team members during machine setups and changeovers.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years of age.
