Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer . This Company has over 75 years of experience!

* Min 7 + years in a job shop manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on process development and optimization.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks/SigmaNest required.
* Strong blueprint reading skills , including proficiency in GD&T.
* Design, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes and techniques to improve production efficiency and quality.
* Develop, assess, refine, and document manufacturing procedures with a focus on standardization and repeatability.
* Maintain accurate documentation of tooling designs, process improvements, and shop orders to support production teams.
