The Food Runner/ Barback is responsible for assisting Food Servers and Bar staff in serving guests. Duties may include but are not limited to cleaning and resetting tables, side work and refilling beverages and re-stocking the bar. This is a fast-paced position with guest interaction and good communication skills are essential. Food Runner/ Barback engage in casual conversation and must maintain an attractive setting. Their style and service attributes are key to creating the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain TABC and Texas Food Handler's Certification prior to start date
• Takes pride in a great job done
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Ableto lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
• Flexible availability as needed
