Title -Lead - Mentor Teacher (CAMS) (Internal Only) (SY26-27)
Reports to: Building Principal in collaboration with District Administrators
Qualifications:
A Mentor Lead will have a strong desire to support our new eduactors to CPS. Experience and passion to improve teacher retention is a requirement. A Mentor Lead must be a mentor teacher has completed the Project SUCCESS: Mentoring in Action coursework or demonstrated experience mentoring new staff and achieving results with retention.
Program Lead Responsibilities:

Compensation : CTU contractual emergency situations if a mentor lead cannot serve for the full year compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
