- Native speakers ,female preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. An international teaching license is a strong plus.
- At least 1.5-2 years of hands-on experience in a preschool setting. International or Bilingual school experience is valued.
- A patient, caring, and positive mentor who believes in the power of encouragement.
- A skilled educator who is creative, resourceful, and knowledgeable about modern teaching methods.
- A true team player with strong communication and classroom leadership skills.
- Legally eligible to work in China (Z-visa / Valid Work Permit). We assist with the process. Must pass health and background checks.
Remuneration and Benefits
a) Monthly Gross Salary (Pre-tax): Native English Speaker: RMB 22,000 – 24,000
b) Housing Allowance: RMB 4,000 per month (reimbursement upon submission of valid rental invoice/fapiao)
c) Flight Allowance: RMB 5,000 per academic year (for round-trip travel; reimbursement upon submission of valid ticket invoice/fapiao)
d) Commercial Medical Insurance Allowance: RMB 5,000 per academic year (reimbursement upon submission of valid insurance invoice/fapiao)
e) Social Insurance: Government-mandated social insurance coverage provided

a) Seasonal Camp Participation:Participation in a total of 4 weeks of seasonal camps (winter and summer) is required each academic year. An additional camp allowance will be provided.
b) Marketing Events: Expected to attend a minimum of three (3) school-organized marketing or promotional events per academic year.
c) Professional Development: Completion of two (2) mandatory professional development days per academic year, which may be scheduled on weekends.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

- Ensure Safety & Wellbeing: Prioritize a safe, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment through clear routines and safety education.
