Job Title: Graphic Designer (Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. This role offers flexibility, starting as part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original, high-quality graphic designs for various projects
• Revise and improve existing designs to meet updated standards or client needs
• Collaborate on and potentially develop team stores (e.g., branded merchandise, online storefronts)
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project goals

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Strong creative and visual communication skills
• Ability to take feedback and make revisions efficiently
• Experience with apparel or merchandise design is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently

Compensation:

• Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and skill level

Schedule:

• Flexible hours (Part-Time to start, with potential for Full-Time)
