Duties:

• Safely operate box truck to deliver products across designated routes.
• Load and unload items using 2 and 4 wheel dollies, and manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky goods.
• Assemble Furniture according to specifications at delivery locations maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
• Follow detailed delivery routes, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent customer service during delivery.
• Verify shipments against delivery manifests, document any damages or discrepancies, and communicate with dispatch as needed.
• Assist with warehouse organization by moving inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Provide courteous customer interactions during deliveries, addressing questions or concerns professionally.

Experience:

• Prior experience as a delivery driver or mover is highly desirable, especially with route driving in busy environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate box truck safely and confidently.
• Experience in warehouse settings involving heavy lifting, moving goods, or using dollies and pallet jacks.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, lifting heavy objects.
• Familiarity with load & unload processes and maintaining accurate delivery documentation.
