Your Role: As the Sales and Brand Growth Director, you will be a visionary leader responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales within the four walls of the restaurant, enhance our brand's presence, and deepen our connection with the local community. Beyond driving growth, you will be a vital member of our Director team, expected to invest in the development of our emerging leaders, passionately protect our unique Chick-fil-A culture, and embody our \Winning Hearts Everyday\ strategy through every interaction. This includes being a dedicated student of our daily operations, actively engaging with the team and guests to understand the business from the ground up, while simultaneously championing our sales, brand, and community initiatives. You will focus on expanding our catering business, fostering local partnerships, managing our digital presence, and creating memorable guest experiences that extend beyond our restaurant walls. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for hospitality, leadership, and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth across all channels (in-restaurant, drive-thru, mobile ordering, and especially catering).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly for catering services, within the local market (businesses, schools, organizations, events).
  • Set sales targets, track performance, and analyze data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Manage and enhance the Chick-fil-A brand image within the local community, ensuring consistency with corporate standards.
  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
  • Oversee the restaurant's social media presence and online reputation, engaging with guests and promoting special offers.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and communications.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with local schools, businesses, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.
  • Plan and execute community events, fundraisers, and partnerships that align with Chick-fil-A's values and enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent Chick-fil-A at local events, fostering goodwill and demonstrating our commitment to the community.
  • Lead the growth of our catering program from prospecting to order fulfillment, ensuring exceptional service and product delivery.
  • Manage catering logistics, including order taking, preparation coordination with the kitchen, delivery, and setup.
  • Train and develop a team of catering specialists or designated team members to support catering operations.
  • Work closely with the Operator and other Directors to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts with daily restaurant operations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and community impact.
  • Contribute to a positive and high-performing leadership culture.
  • Maintain flexibility to support operational needs, including opening/closing the restaurant as the primary leader.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or community relations, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • A passion for restaurant operations and being \in\ the business of serving food and guests.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and building brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online reputation management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
