About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. You’ll combine your technical background in Computer Science with the strategic and business acumen from your MBA to drive operational excellence, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure we scale effectively during this critical growth stage.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence both technical strategy and business execution, helping align product, infrastructure, and go-to-market efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner to the CEO
Drive company-level strategic planning, OKRs, and execution frameworks.
Provide data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making.
Act as a thought partner on technical and business trade-offs in a fast-moving AI platform company.
Operational Leadership
Build and optimize the operating cadence of the company (exec staff meetings, board meetings, all-hands, investor reporting).
Lead special projects that span technical, product, and go-to-market functions.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes as we grow.
Technical Insight & Translation
Leverage your CS background to evaluate technical initiatives and connect them to business outcomes.
Translate complex technical concepts into business terms for investors, partners, and customers.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Ensure communication and alignment across engineering, product, GTM, and operations.
Manage strategic partnerships and support fundraising, investor relations, and customer-facing engagements.
