  • Expand presence across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach markets

Team & Volunteer Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and committees
  • Create a high-performance, goal-oriented team culture

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align mission messaging and outreach

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong network in South Florida (corporate or community connections highly preferred)
  • Experience leading teams and managing high-level relationships
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment

Work Environment & Expectations:

  • Hybrid role with local travel (up to 30%)
  • Must be available for occasional evenings and events
  • High visibility role within the South Florida community

Compensation:

  • 1099 Contract (structure may include base + performance incentives depending on experience)
  • Compensation aligned with fundraising results, partnerships secured, and campaign success

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Direct impact on life-saving initiatives
  • High-level exposure to influential community and corporate leaders
  • Opportunity to build and scale fundraising efforts in a major market
  • Flexible structure with strong earning potential
