Job Title: Automotive Sales ConsultantLocation: Asheville Ford Lincoln – Asheville, NC Fulltime - 4 day work week Pay Range - 1st year earning $55-$75k! Join Our Team at Asheville Ford Lincoln! Asheville Ford Lincoln is looking for motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. We proudly represent two of the most respected brands in the industry, Ford Motor Company and Lincoln Motor Company, offering a full lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles. If you’re passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle and delivering an exceptional buying experience, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do * Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle purchasing process * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles * Conduct product presentations and test drives * Explain financing, warranties, and available options * Follow up with prospective and existing customers * Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory and manufacturer programs * Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business What We’re Looking For * Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed goals * Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required) * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• 4 day work week
